Technical Support, 7X24, Help Desk
Help Desk Analyst will provide general technical support for BNSF Railway, 7X24, 365 days a year. This analyst group will provide a primary support function of SAP Help Desk Functionality, Web-Based Training (WBT), Password Resets across multiple platforms as well as support of transportation. The analyst group will support trouble calls from internal/external customers across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Applicant must be able to effectively address customer and employee concerns by oral and written communications.
Applicant will be required to apply analytical thinking, deductive reasoning and problem solving techniques effectively. This group is expected to multitask, manage shifting priorities, and work independently to completion of tasks and deadlines. They should be very familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of tools that will be used daily in their assignments. Applicant would also have the ability to work 7X24 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
