Spero has been a strategic staffing partner since January 2013 and has worked to support various IT projects and staffing needs throughout the entire organization.
Each project initiated would be enterprise level and would require substantial IT resources to execute. In addition, many projects would launch simultaneously, while others would be staged in successive years. The backdrop to this massive effort is the changing demographics within the organization. Workforce issues loom large in the IT department. Over the last two years, Spero has been actively fulfilling IT consulting roles, contract IT roles, and IT staff augmentation roles.
